Lead Pastor, David Willis
David Willis has been preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ since 1998. He is the Lead Pastor of Link Church in Clarksville, AR where he serves as a voice for revival and community transformation in the Arkansas River Valley. David and his wife, Brittany, have three children: Carley, Allie, and Samuel. Along with his family and the Link Church pastoral staff, David advocates for the recovery community, for children in foster care, and for the reunification of broken families. David possesses a laser-focused vision for the Gospel’s impact on communities. He writes, “This transformation will bless our communities with strong marriages, healthy families, recovered addicts, and decreased crime and incarceration rates.”



Becky Brewer
Becky Brewer shares her journey of overcoming addiction through the power of Jesus Christ. With a deep passion for reaching women and men in need of hope, she does jail ministry, owns 2 faith based transitional living homes and travels across Arkansas to spread God's grace and healing. Becky has an inspiring story that encourages others to find freedom and purpose in Jesus Christ.

Jimmy McGill,
Director of Next Step Recovery House
Jimmy McGill is a husband, father, and faith-driven leader from Clarksville, Arkansas, dedicated to transforming lives through recovery, reentry, and redemption. As the National Director for the National Peer Recovery Alliance (NPRA), he advocates for peers nationwide, shaping policy and workforce development. He was the inaugural chairperson for the National Reentry Association and made history as the first parolee in Arkansas to hold a state position—later receiving a full pardon from Governor Asa Hutchinson, but first and foremost by Jesus. A former justice-involved individual, Jimmy is also the cofounder and Executive Director of Next Step Recovery Housing, runs a 40-bed recovery center, and travels the country speaking for state agencies and nonprofits. His mission is rooted in faith, believing in second chances, God’s grace, and the power of lived experience to create lasting change.
